Your website is connected to various other parts of our system, so only the Merchr Support Team can delete your site.
When we create an online store for you, we host all aspects of the site for you so that you don't need to worry about the technical side of running a website. This means that it's connected to various parts of our server and so we need to control the access securely.
In order to ensure your site continues to work properly, we don't allow it to be deleted from the Store Owner side because we want to make sure it's done safely and can be recovered for a short period should you wish.
But don't worry, it's very easy to remove your store. Just send an email to our support team with the name of your website and we can get it sorted with no questions asked. Please make sure you email us from the same email which is linked to the account, for security purposes.
