It's quick and easy to delete your account via the Merchr Hub!
We hate to see you go! If you would like to reach out to discuss any problems you've had with the Merchr platform, email support@merchr.com so we can learn how to improve. You can also just delete your store without deleting your account.- Log in to the Merchr Hub.
- Click Profile on the left menu.
- Scroll down and click the Delete Account link at the bottom left of the page.
- Write yes in the Delete account form that appears.
- (Optionally) You can also give us some feedback in the dropdown menu and comments box underneath it.
- Press the Delete button at the bottom of the form. Your account will then be deleted instantly.
Please note: When deleting your account, we’ll also remove your stores, products and designs. This cannot be undone.
