      Fulfilling an order from Shopify

      When you receive a Shopify order to be fulfilled by Merchr, you need to request fulfilment

      Once an order gets placed through your Shopify store, you will see it appear in your Shopify "Orders" area.

      We give you the choice as to when the order gets fulfilled, as Merchr will deduct funds from your stored card at the point of fulfilment. When you are ready for your print request to be received by Merchr:

      1. Visit the individual order page through your Shopify account
      2. Click the blue "Request Fulfilment" button
      3. The order will now appear within your Merchr Hub account, and we'll take care of the rest!

      You can keep track of your order's progress through the Hub.
