Shopify store connection issues
If you are having issues connecting your Shopify store to the Merchr Hub please ensure your account is properly set up.
To connect your Shopify store to the Merchr Hub, you must first be logged in on the Merchr Hub.
Head to the "Stores" page and check that the API key matches with the settings within the Merchr App on your Shopify admin area.
Once you verify you are logged in and unable to connect, you can contact us via support@merchr.com or on our Contact page, where you can chat with our technical support team. We will work to get your issue resolved ASAP.
