Tracking an order

Order progress tracking is available up to the point of shipment, with tracking numbers available upon request.

Store Owners can track an order throughout the fulfilment process via the Orders page of the Merchr Hub.

  1. Order processing - The order artwork is being reviewed and/or the order is being printed. 
  2. Order complete - This means that the order has been dispatched, and a notification has been sent to the customer. This does not necessarily mean the order has been delivered, but it will most likely be delivered within 2 working days of being dispatched.
  3. Partially fulfilled - Some items are printed in different locations, and have different lead times. So 1 item may have been sent while the other is still in production, and could arrive at different times.

We don't yet offer automatic order/item tracking numbers, this is something we are hoping to add in future.

Until then, tracking numbers are available upon request by Contacting Us. We can only provide tracking numbers once an item has been dispatched.

Please note, most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail which offers limited tracking information. The item will only be scanned at the recipients door, to either confirm a successful delivery or to say delivery attempt unsuccessful. It does not offer step by step tracking.
