Tracking a customer's order

Order progress tracking is available up to the point of shipment.

Store Owners can track an order throughout the fulfilment process. Once an order gets dispatched, a notification will be sent to the customer. The majority of Merchr orders are sent without shipping tracking information, however in some cases if the order is tracked then the information will be added to the order.
