What do I do if someone places an order with offensive words or images in it?

Because customers may place orders for customised products, they choose what to input into the customisation field. Sometimes customers may select offensive words or images.

In most cases, customisation that breaches our terms, including violence, racism, or hate speech, will be caught by our in-house quality checks before it ever gets shipped out.
