For a Merchr Hosted Store Package
If your store is created using a Merchr Store Package, the money is collected by Merchr and a commission payout will be sent to your verified bank account at the end of the subsequent monthly period following delivery.
The commission payable per order shall be determined as the difference between the selling price and the sum of the the product cost(s), shipping cost(s), and platform fees. The calculation will exclude any amounts attributed to refunds.
For clarity, the formula for Commission calculation is expressed as follows:
Commission = Selling Price − (Product Cost(s) + Shipping Cost(s) + Platform Fees)
For a Merchr Integration
If you are utilising Merchr via an integration, such as WooCommerce or Shopify, you will be collecting the money paid by your customer in full and Merchr will charge your payment method at the point of ordering to cover the product cost(s).
